General Adviser/Trainee
Type of Contract: 12 months fixed term with potetial extension
Salary: £24,168 p.a. rising to £25,708 p.a.
Hours per week: 35 (Full Time)
Employers Pension contribution of 6%
Citizens Advice Knowsley are looking for a full time (35 hours) General Adviser Trainee to provide support to the General Advice Team in providing advice services to Knowsley residents via face-to-face, telephone and e-mail.
Working from our offices in Kirkby and Huyton, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In return for your desire for success, we will make sure you receive all of the training and coaching you need to fit right into our team and to deliver a first class advice service across Knowsley.
What Are We Looking For?
- Effective oral & written communication skills, with emphasis on good customer service
- Ability to use IT Systems: Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, MS Teams
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience of providing good customer service
