General Advice

What to expect from our General Advice service

  • We will take some information about you and what advice you may require, including gaining consent;
  • We will aim to assist you on the day where possible, depending on the nature of your query and available resources;
  • If we cannot assist you on the day, we will arrange an appointment with an adviser trained to advise in the area you require, or arrange for you to be contacted when an appointment becomes available;
  • If we are unable to provide advice, we will notify you of the reasons why and we will signpost you to an appropriate agency who can assist with the query you have.
